The AIAA and the Design/Build/Fly Governing Committee are proud to
announce the addition of Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson Arizona as
a new sponsor starting with the 2007 competition. Raytheon Missile
Systems was selected from among several offers to assume the contest
support position previously held by the Office of Naval Research.
We wish to thank the Office of Naval Research for their past support
and also thank Cessna Aircraft Company for both their past and
continuing support.
We look forward to the 2007 DBF fly-off as guests of Raytheon Missile

2005 Entries:
According to my count there are 47 teams with 727 students entered in
the competition for 2005 from the United States, Canada, Israel, Italy
and Turkey. I have attached the entrant list to this e-mail and we
will be posting it to the web site soon. Note that we will not be
releasing any e-mail addresses for teams or advisors. If you need to
contact another team you may send a request to the contest
administrator at greg.page@nrl.navy.mil and I will forward it to the
appropriate person.
