Logo Usage
Benefit from the DBF logo
We encourage all teams competing in the Design/Build/Fly competition to use the DBF logo when distributing information.
It adds prestige and credibility to your web site, displays, announcements, and
activities.
Some
examples for which teams are permitted to use the logo include:
Press releases that concern the participating team
Official communications from a participating team, provided it is in relation to the Design/Build/Fly contest
Team T-shirts
Web pages that pertain to the participating team and the contest
Restrictions
The use of the Design/Build/Fly name or logo in
such a way as to imply an approval or endorsement is prohibited without written
permission.
Requests for permission should include the purpose of the usage, sample, the name and address of the organization seeking permission, and the requester's name, title, phone number, and e-mail address. Submit requests to Sharon Grace, sharong@aiaa.org, at 703/264-7532 or fax 703/264-7551.
