Q: are allowed to use gyros for flight stability and if so, if they are accounted for on the RAC in places other then part of the empty weight.
A: There is no RAC cost for gyro's

Q: In the Q & A’s it was brought up the use of a removable payload  box.  If the mission involving the removal of the internal payloads is done, does the payload box have to be reinstalled when the payloads are removed or can it stay on the ground with the payloads during the empty lap?
A: If the internal payload uses a supporting container (ie. "Speed Loader") it need not be present when the payload is removed.  The payload container is NOT included in the payload weight.
